Management and Operations In addition to computer services, we also manage and operate several Electronic Billboard Advertising Systems located in Northern California. This was a natural extension to our computer services, since these are essentially computer systems with large monitors. Our services range from handling issues on an as-needed basis, to complete responsibilty for management and operations, including strategy, marketing, programming and maintenance.
